Requirement : Min 5 years of experience in Monitoring Evaluation or Statistical Data Collection or Socio-Ecoomic Research
Language : Excellent level of writing English , additional language (especially Spanish, French, or Russian) will be an assesst
Duration : Initial 3 Months , possible extension due to the performance
Salary : Base Salary + Bonus

- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. law, gender, international development studies, etc.). Undergraduate degree will be accepted together with solid and relevant work experience.
- Background in labor market studies and minimum of 10 years of work experience in the labor field, preferably advancing gender equality and women’s economic empowerment.
- Experience in international laws and conventions towards gender equality.
- At least 5 years of experience in developing workshop and training content and facilitating these types of events with different types of stakeholders, including policy makers and legal experts.
- Ability to travel and to deliver workshops in Baghdad, Anbar, Misan, and Erbil.
- Proven track record in delivering high quality reports (ideally including some written work concerning gender, employment and/or land).
- Clear communication skills are required.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- University degree in economics or a relevant field (e.g. law, gender, public policy, etc.).
- Background in statistics, labor market and minimum of 7 years of work experience in the women economic empowerment, preferably advancing gender equality and women’s economic empowerment.
- Experience in survey design, data collection and economic analysis.
- Experience in developing and facilitating trainings to a diverse set of audience.
- Experience in qualitative research methods, preferably in gender and economics related fields.
- Experience working with both local/municipal and state level institutions in Iraq and/or KRG.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- University degree in economics or a relevant field (e.g., law, gender, public policy, etc.).
- Background in law and minimum of 10 years of work experience in the labor market field, preferably advancing gender equality and women’s economic empowerment.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, organizing and implementing surveys over the past five years.
- Experience in qualitative research methods (data collection, analysis, database creation and report drafting).
- Strong verbal and communication skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Prior work experience in Iraq and/or KRG on similar surveys.
