- Very good command of English.
- Qualitative and Quantitative data analysis experience and knowledge.
- Knowledge in qualitative or quantitative data analysis software is desirable
- Willing to travel

- At least 5 years of experience in proposal development especially in area of Monitoring and Evaluation, Research, Statistical data collection
- Excellent command of written English.
- Experience in the preparation of visual graphics
- Willing to travel
