UDA Consulting has been shortlisted by Worldbank for "Independent Data Monitoring: Afghanistan Safety Nets Evaluation".
Under this assignment, activities related to data monitoring should achieve three key objectives:
(i) provide an additional deterrent for data collection firms to commit or allow for any lapses or irregularities in implementing research protocols;
(ii) provide frequent, systematic, and credible evidence in the event of data collection lapses or irregularities which could be used by the Client and MoLSAMD as a basis for requesting interim actions to improve or rectify data problems and/or enforce penalty clauses written into evaluation contracts; and
(iii) provide evidence and information at the end of the assignment which can help in the interpretation of strange results and inform best practices for future data collection activities in Afghanistan
