UDA Consulting is in Rarotonga, Cook Island, to provide support to the Ministry of Marine Resources on Muri Lagoon’s environmental restoration.

Working in parallel with the Ministry of Finance and Economic Management’s Project Management Unit, the team that includes the UDA Consulting  is contributing to on-going work around the integrated approach to assessing the degradation of Muri Lagoon.

Evaluation of the Project on Protection of Refugees

This is a summative end-of-project evaluation aimed at ensuring accountability between IMPR, World Vision and ECHO on the use and outcomes of the funds provided for the specific objective and results agreed upon in the Action design. Emerging lessons shall be identified by the evaluator and discussed between the implementing partners as part of the validation of the evaluation results and follow-up to inform future programming and cooperation.

Affected urban slums in Ethiopia

In the framework of the work program, the World Bank Group (WBG) in Ethiopia is currently conducting a study measure the economic impact and resilience mechanisms of floods on the affected urban slums in Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa. The study will consist of interviews with randomly selected total of 1200 HHs in Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa .

Evaluation of GOAL multi-sector programme

This project covers evaluation of the implementations between the years 2016‐2017 for “Improving the Health and Protection of Vulnerable Syrian and Marginalized Migrants in Southern Turkey” implemented by GOAL and funded by ECHO. Main goals for the evaluation of the programme are as follows:

  1. To assess GOAL’s performance and delivery of the ECHO‐funded project according to OECD evaluation criteria
  2. To help GOAL to improve its future programming through lessons learned and best practices generated through this project.
