Development of mechanisms for ongoing monitoring of source communities and their emigration pressures in Afghanistan and Pakistan for Australian Government Customs and Border Protection Service. The purpose of the mechanisms was to generate streams of information from immigrants that would be used as input for Australian policy-making processes and contribute to migration statistics database of the Australian government.

UDA Consulting carried out a consultancy project for MERKA Company which started to produce roller for printing press machines. Within scope of project, a market research was conducted to understand the sector and players and based on the result of this research, a strategy was developed for the company. During the field survey, 253 printing offices were visited and qualitative and quantitative data was collected.

Rural Ageing Analysis in TR82 Region

Rural Ageing Analysis

UDA Consulting was commissioned by KUZKA to implement a research on Rural Ageing in TR82 cities (Kastamonu, Sinop and Çankırı) within NUTS-2 region. Research included implementation of quantitative and qualitative techniques and analysis. Number of 272 face-to-face questionnaires and 36 in-depth interviews were conducted in 6 villages of each city with elderly people of the villages who are at the age of 65 and older.

Ex-Post Evaluation focused on 12 provinces out of the 42 provinces in which the Programme has been implemented: Aksaray, Ankara, Çorum, Denizli, Isparta, Konya, Manisa, Mersin, Ordu, Şanlıurfa, Uşak ve Van.

Project Description

Ex-Post Evaluation Report shows the findings of the IPARD Programme activities that were carried out between August 2011 and August 2016. The report presents a detailed analysis on the standard evaluation components.

Socio-Economic Impacts of ORKOY Credits

The project was carried out by Directorate of Central Anatolia Forestry Research Institute and focus on the forest villagers who use and who do not use economic and/or social ORKOY credit in the sampling area. The project objective was to understand the socio-economic impacts of those credits on the target population.

In this research, 284 users of economic-oriented credits, 202 users of social-oriented credits and 116 people who have never been used any type of ORKOY credit so far were surveyed. In total, the research contained 602 surveys.

The report aims to provide analysis and insights that can contribute to reducing household and food service food loss and waste in OIC member countries. An overview of the current food loss and waste situation is reviewed in terms of extent and causes, identification of measures and practices, and policy recommendations for consideration.

Equal Access to Education Research and International Conference

International Conference: Equal Access to Education

In line with the resolutions accepted at the First World Conference on Humanitarian Aid which was hosted in May 2016 in Turkey, a study about Syrian refugee children access to education was initiated with the support of Prime Ministry Promotion Fund of Republic of Turkey. This study aims to map all relevant projects, actions, and studies done about the subject matter by the national and international organizations in Turkey and other countries in the region.
